Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing the L’Oréal Professionnel AirLight Pro on the payment plan. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Plan
1.1. Payments: Three (3) equal payments of $157.50 each will be made at two-week intervals following the initial payment of $157.50.
1.2. Total Payment: The total four (4) payments equal the subtotal of $630. With each payment, the appropriate taxes for your province will be applied.
1.4. Payment Method: Payments must be made via credit card, Visa/Mastercard debit, or other accepted payment methods. You authorize us to automatically charge the payment method provided at the time of purchase on the scheduled payment dates.
1.5. Payment Schedule:
- Initial Payment: $157.50 + taxes
- Payment 1 (after two weeks): $157.50 + taxes
- Payment 2 (after four weeks): $157.50 + taxes
- Payment 3 (after six weeks): $157.50 + taxes
2. Shipping of Product
2.1. Shipping Schedule: The Product will be shipped once the third payment (four-week payment) of $157.50 has been received.
2.2. Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
3. No Refund Policy
3.1. Final Sale: All purchases of the L’Oréal Professionnel AirLight Pro on this payment plan are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations allowed once the initial payment has been made.
3.2. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 5 business days. If any of the payments fail after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your payment plan and retain any payments made up to that point.
4. Warranty and Guarantee
4.1. 2-Year Warranty: The L’Oréal Professionnel AirLight Pro comes with a two-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of shipment.
4.2. 10-Year Guarantee: The Product also includes a ten-year guarantee, ensuring that the Product will be free from significant defects in functionality for a period of ten (10) years from the date of shipment. Should any major functional issues arise during this period, we will provide necessary support according to the terms of the guarantee.
4.3. Exclusions from Warranty/Guarantee: The warranty and guarantee do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications to the Product.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.
5.2. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
6. Amendments
6.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the subscription plan constitutes acceptance of any changes.
