Pomme Shipping Insurance
Pomme Shipping Insurance is a non-refundable addition to your order. All claims for packages with Shipping Insurance must be placed within 7 days of order arrival date as by the listed date of arrival provided by the tracking number.(Exception being Damaged Items – please see details below)
Lost/Stolen Package
Proven attempts and contact with mail carrier through submitting a formal request within Canada Post and checking all available delivery locations, home, mailbox, local mail carrier office etc.
Damaged Package/Products
Photo evidence of damage upon receiving order. Must be submitted to orders@pommesalon.ca within 48hrs of posted delivery date.
How to file claim
Please email orders@pommesalon.ca as soon as possible including the following details:
- Full name listed on order
- Order Number
- Photo (if damaged package/products)
- Reason for claim
