Pommeshell Rewards is a two-tier rewards program, you may choose which loyalty tier program fits you best, sign up and start earning rewards right away! Click one of the signup options above!
1 How much does the subscription cost?
$14.99/month or $149.99/year
2 What are Pomme Points and how do I get them?
Once you are signed up to a reward level, you will earn Pomme Points every time you make a purchase with Pomme. $1 spent online is equal to 1 Pomme Point. 100 Pomme Points are worth $5 off online.
You can choose to save your points or redeem them as you go. See chart below:
$1 spent online = 1 Pomme Point
- 100 Pomme Points = $5 off online orders

- 300 Pomme Points = $15 off online orders

When will I be billed for the Pamplemousse Subscription?
Billing will begin on the same day each month as the day you signed up.

Is it easy to cancel my subscription? Can I cancel and receive a refund if I pay for the year?
To cancel, please contact us at orders@pommesalon.ca to request your subscription cancellation.
Please be aware, subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless they’re cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you’ll still have access to your rewards until the end of the current billing cycle. If an email request is submitted on weekend or holiday hours the request will not be processed until the following business day.
3 How does free shipping work with my upgraded Pamplemousse account?
Pamplemousse Subscription Members will receive one free shipping coupon in the ‘Nicole Pomme Monthly’ Newsletter they will receive on the first Monday of each month in their inbox. This coupon is for one-time use and only to be used with the associated subscription account. Any following orders within the same billing month will only qualify for free shipping on totals of $75 and higher. The order total must be $75 BEFORE taxes and remain over $75 after any applied discounts OR Pomme Point redemptions. Orders below $75 will be charged based on Canada Post shipping costs.
4 Will I receive my monthly deluxe mini travel even if I don’t order that month?
No, an order must be placed to add your deluxe mini travel.
5How can I book my free digital consult as a Pamplemousse Member?
Book as normal through the Digital Consult page on the website. One complimentary 15-minute Pommeshell Express booking will be available to you per calendar year.
Do I get to choose my birthday gift?
Yes! In both Peche and Pamplemousse, you get to choose from a selection for your birthday gift.
In your birthday month, you will receive an email with details.

Loyalty Members will create a username and password upon completing the loyalty registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Pomme of any unauthorized use of Your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from Your account at the end of each session.
Pomme reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Anyone who is threatening, abusive or is deemed inappropriate in any way in Pommeshell live streams, comments etc.
