I had an account on the old site. Do I need to do anything?

Sign in with the same email you used before, and you'll be prompted to set a new password the first time. That's it, you're back in.

Will I lose my Pomme Points?

Not a single one. We've moved all your points over with you, so everything you banked on the old site is yours to keep and spend right here.

I had a reward or discount waiting to be used. Is it still good?

Yes. Any unused rewards came over with your points, so you can cash them in whenever you're ready.

I was a Pamplemousse member. Do I keep my tier?

You sure do! Every current Pamplemousse member has been grandfathered straight into the new Pamplemousse tier, and you'll keep that status all the way through December 2027. Even better, your subscription fee is gone. No more monthly or annual charge; you just keep all your Pamplemousse perks for free until then. No starting over, nothing you need to do.

Will my past orders come over too?

Yes, your past orders will be waiting for you when you log in.

How do I join?

You're already in! Everyone starts at our Pêche tier the moment you create an account, free of charge. From there, the more you shop, the more you unlock.

How do I earn Pomme Points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and Pamplemousse members earn 2 points for every $1. You'll also pick up bonus points along the way: 100 points just for signing up, points on your birthday, and more as you move up tiers.

Leave reviews and earn points: text reviews earn 20 points, photo reviews earn 60 points, and video reviews earn 100 points. We think you deserve it.

How do I move up a tier, and how long do I have?

Your tier is based on how much you spend, and the clock started July 24, 2026. You get one calendar year to reach a tier, so your spending adds up across that window: hit $400 and you're promoted to Cerise; hit $1,000, and you reach Pamplemousse. The more you shop in your year, the higher you climb.

Once I reach a tier, do I keep it?

Once you reach a tier, it's yours for the rest of that year plus the entire next calendar year. After that, we look at your spending and set your tier from there, so as long as you keep shopping, you keep your status (or climb even higher). Worth knowing: only purchases count toward reaching a tier, so that's what moves you up.

How do I use my Pomme Points?

Easy! Redeem your points for money off or free goodies. Discount coupons start at 100 points for $5 off and scale up from there: 200 points for $10 off, all the way to 500 points for $25 off. You can also cash in points for free products like the Scalp Massager or the Pomme Brush. Just head to the rewards page, pick what you want, and your points do the rest.

How do I get my birthday reward?

Please ensure you update your birthdate in the dashboard, and you will be emailed your birthday points on the day of your birthday.
