2. Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all customers shopping at pommeshop.ca.

3. Offer Details:
a. Customers will receive 15% off regular-priced items sitewide.
b. Kérastase products are excluded from this promotion.
c. Bonus Pomme Points will be awarded during the following periods:
    i. 2x points on orders placed between May 15 at 9:00 PM PST and May 16 at 11:59 PM PST
    ii. 1.5x points on orders placed between May 17 at 12:01 AM PST and May 18 at 12:01 AM PST
d. All orders placed during the promotion will be automatically entered to win a Steampod 4.
e. Pamplemousse loyalty members will receive an email with a unique code for $25 off a future purchase, valid during the sale period only.

4. Conditions of Offer:
a. The discount will automatically apply to the cart.
b. Discount does not apply to already discounted or sale-priced items.
c. Bonus Pomme Points are not retroactive and will only be applied to orders placed during the stated timeframes.

Pomme Towel Latte – Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your excitement and support! Please read the following terms carefully before placing your pre-order for the Pomme Towel in our new Latte shade.

1. Pre-Order Details

• This is a pre-order. Your payment reserves your product ahead of its official release.
• Orders are expected to ship on or around the end of June 2025. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Full Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of placing your pre-order.

3. No Retroactive Promotions or Discounts

• Promotions, discount codes, or price adjustments will not be applied retroactively to pre-orders placed before a promotion begins.
• If you pre-order now, you are agreeing to the price and terms at the time of purchase.

4. Combined Orders

• If your pre-order is placed with other in-stock items, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.
• To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

5. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions – The April Showers Giveaway

By entering “The May Sunny Days” (the “Giveaway”), participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to residents of Canada aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees of Pomme Salon, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

1. Every purchase of $150 or more (before taxes), after applying any coupons, discounts, or Pomme Points made through pommeshop.ca or in-store at Pomme Salon locations during May 2025, qualifies as one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
2. Qualifying purchases made in-store at Pomme Salon locations will receive one (1) bonus entry.
3. Entries are automatically submitted upon completion of qualifying purchases.

Giveaway Period

Winner Selection
