1. Spend & Receive:
   Spend $25 or more (before taxes and shipping) in a single order and receive a complimentary glass mug filled with samples and one deluxe sample.
2. While Supplies Last:
   Quantities are limited. Once we’re out of mugs and samples, the promotion ends – no rainchecks, babes!
3. One Per Order:
   This offer is limited to one giveaway per qualifying order. Double-dipping is for chips, not promos.
4. Eligibility:
   The $25 spend threshold applies to product totals only. Gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees don’t count towards the minimum.
5. Non-Exchangeable:
   The glass mug and samples cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.
6. Returns Policy:
   If returning items from your order bring the total below $25, the glass mug and samples must also be returned, or the value of the giveaway will be deducted from your refund. No take-backsies!
7. Automatic Add-On:

Terms and Conditions – Steampod 3.0 & Product Package Giveaway

By entering the “Steampod 3.0 & Product Package Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”), participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to residents of Canada aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees of Pomme Salon, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

1. Every purchase of $150 or more (before taxes), after applying any coupons, discounts, or Pomme Points made through pommeshop.ca or in-store at Pomme Salon locations during the month of January 2025 qualifies as one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
2. Qualifying purchases made in-store at Pomme Salon locations will receive one (1) bonus entry.
3. Entries are automatically submitted upon completion of qualifying purchases.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 31, 2025.

Winner Selection

1. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
2. The draw will take place during the first week of February 2025.
3. The winner will be contacted via email or phone (as provided during the purchase).
4. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, Pomme Salon reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize

1. The prize is one (1) Steampod 3.0 Styling Tool and Steampod Hair Products (“the Prize”).
2. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

General

By participating in the “Free Brush with Purchase” promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to residents of Canada, aged 18 years or older.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on January 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on January 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST, or while supplies of the Kérastase Symbiose Night Serum last.

Promotion Details

1. Customers who purchase one (1) Symbiose – Sérum Intensif Nuit – 90ml receive one (1) Pomme The Brand Lilac as a gift.
2. The Promotion applies to purchases made in-store at Pomme Salon locations or online at pommeshop.ca during the Promotion Period.
3. The free brush is limited to one (1) per qualifying purchase, regardless of the quantity of Symbiose – Sérum Intensif Nuit – 90ml purchased in a single transaction.

Availability

1. The Promotion is valid while supplies of the Symbiose – Sérum Intensif Nuit – 90ml last.
2. If the Symbiose – Sérum Intensif Nuit – 90ml stock is depleted before the end of the Promotion Period, Pomme Salon reserves the right to end the Promotion early.

Exclusions

1. This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
2. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are available for the free brush.

Returns and Exchanges

1. If the Symbiose – Sérum Intensif Nuit – 90ml is returned for a refund or exchange, the free brush must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
2. If the free brush is not returned, the retail value of the brush ($27.99) will be deducted from the refund amount.

General

1. Pomme Salon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Pomme Salon is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions in online or in-store transactions.
