L’Oréal May Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: The L’Oréal May Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open t legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
- Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on May 1st, 2024, and ends on July 1st, 2024, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).
- Entry Method: To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase two or more L’Oréal products during the Entry Period. Each qualifying purchase automatically constitutes one entry into the Giveaway. Limit one entry per person.
- Prize: One (1) prize pack will be awarded to one (1) winner. The prize pack includes the following L’Oréal products:
- (1) L’Oréal Tecni Art Pli Blowdry Spray
- (1) L’Oréal Metal Detox Shampoo
- (1) L’Oréal Metal Detox Mask
- (1) L’Oréal Metal Detox Cream
- (1) L’Oréal Tecni Art Constructor
The total approximate retail value of the prize pack is CAD 252.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within three (3) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winner must provide their full name, mailing address, and any other information requested by the sponsor for prize fulfillment. Failure to provide such information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Pomme Salon and its affiliates to use their name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
- General Conditions: Pomme Salon reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process. L’Oréal also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
- Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by L’Oréal Professionnel Canada.
- Governing Law: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
