Kérastase Home Fragrances Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid from February 19th, 2025, to April 30th, 2025.

2. Eligibility:
The promotion is open to customers who purchase qualifying products within the promotion period.

3. Offer Details:
Customers who purchase any three (3) full-size Kérastase products will receive one (1) complimentary Kérastase Home Fragrance of their choice.

4. Conditions of Offer:
a. Offer valid while supplies last; limited quantities are available.
b. Fragrances are not available for individual purchase and are only offered through this promotion.
c. Promotion applies to full-size products only; travel-size and sample-size products are excluded.
d. Bundles must include a qualifying Kérastase Iconic Product to receive the complimentary fragrance.

e. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers from other brands.
f. No substitutions or cash alternatives for the complimentary fragrance.

5. Limitations:
Pomme Salon reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Agreement to Terms:
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions – Kérastase Première Bundle Giveaway

By entering the “Kérastase Première Bundle Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”), participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to residents of Canada aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees of Pomme Salon, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

1. Every purchase of $150 or more (before taxes), after applying any coupons, discounts, or Pomme Points made through pommeshop.ca or in-store at Pomme Salon locations during the month of March 2025 qualifies as one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
2. Qualifying purchases made in-store at Pomme Salon locations will receive one (1) bonus entry.
3. Entries are automatically submitted upon completion of qualifying purchases.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2025.

Winner Selection

1. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
2. The draw will take place during the first week of April 2025.
3. The winner will be contacted via email or phone (as provided during the purchase).
4. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, Pomme Salon reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize

1. The prize is one Kérastase Première Pre-Shampoo, Shampoo and Conditioner, Pomme The Brand Hair Towel in Blush, and Pomme The Brand Brush in English Rose. (One of each item that pommeshop.ca carries). (“The Prize”).
2. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

General

1. Pomme Salon reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
2. Any attempt to manipulate the Giveaway, including fraud or abuse, will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Pomme Salon reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at its sole discretion.
4. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to allow Pomme Salon to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Privacy

Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Pomme Salon’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway.
