New clients please note $75 deposit required.

The Pomme Squad values each and every client and their time. Due to a high volume of cancellations and no shows, we require a non-refundable $75 deposit for all first-time clients. The full deposit is deducted from your bill at the end of your appointment. IF an appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit, a full refund of the $75 will be applied. **Exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of management. This deposit will ensure that appointment times will be taken seriously by both the client and your squad member!

Pomme Salon inc. cancellation policy

• All colour services, including but not limited to; balayage, highlights, colour, and pre-lighten and tone are subject to $75 deposit upon first time booking at Pomme Salon inc. Redeemable towards service or product at first appointment.
• Any services cancelled or moved whithin 24-48 hours prior to original scheduled service are subject to $50 change fee during the following visit.
• Any services cancelled or moved whithin 0-24 hours prior to original scheduled service are subject to 50% of booked service charged at next visit.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for scheduled appointment, you are subject to a $50 charge, and may not be accepted for reservation due to timing and stylist schedule.
• If two or more appointments in a row are changed or cancelled the client will no longer be able to pre-book appointments.
