Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid from May 15, 2025, at 9:00 PM PST until May 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.
2. Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all customers shopping at pommeshop.ca.
3. Offer Details:
a. Customers will receive 15% off regular-priced items sitewide.
b. Kérastase products are excluded from this promotion.
c. Bonus Pomme Points will be awarded during the following periods:
i. 2x points on orders placed between May 15 at 9:00 PM PST and May 16 at 11:59 PM PST
ii. 1.5x points on orders placed between May 17 at 12:01 AM PST and May 18 at 12:01 AM PST
d. All orders placed during the promotion will be automatically entered to win a Steampod 4.
e. Pamplemousse loyalty members will receive an email with a unique code for $25 off a future purchase, valid during the sale period only.
4. Conditions of Offer:
a. The discount will automatically apply to the cart.
b. Discount does not apply to already discounted or sale-priced items.
c. Bonus Pomme Points are not retroactive and will only be applied to orders placed during the stated timeframes.
d. Bonus Pomme Points cannot be used during the promotional period. They will be made available after the sale ends.
e. This promotion is available while supplies last. No backorders will be accepted.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy:
a. Standard refund and exchange policies apply.
b. In the event of a return, any Pomme Points earned on the returned items (including bonus points) will be deducted from the customer’s account.
6. Exclusions:
a. Kérastase products are excluded from the 15% discount.
b. Pomme Points cannot be redeemed on purchases made during the promotional period.
c. This promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, or discounts.
