If you want effortless, beachy waves without fighting a clip, this wand makes it easy. The tapered barrel goes from 1.25" at the base to 0.75" at the tip, creating fuller waves at the top and more defined ends. Tourmaline and ceramic technology keeps the heat steady for shiny, frizz-free waves in one pass.

1. Start with dry, detangled hair and a heat protectant, and divide your hair into sections.
2. Turn the SmartTwist dial to power on and choose your heat. Use a lower setting for fine, damaged or colour-treated hair and a higher one for normal to thick hair.
3. Put the heat-resistant glove on the hand you’ll use to wrap your hair.
4. Hold the wand pointing down, wrap a 1 to 2 inch section around the barrel from the base toward the tip, and hold the ends with your gloved hand for a few seconds.
5. Slide the wand out, let the wave cool, and repeat around your head. Run your fingers through once everything is cool.

Always wear the glove, and keep the hot barrel away from your skin. Rest the iron on its stand between sections. It turns itself off after 1 hour.
