1. Towel-dry or air-dry your hair until it’s no longer dripping. If your hair is fragile or colour-treated, take extra care to remove as much water as you can first.
2. Detangle, then clip your hair into 3- to 4-inch sections.
3. Twist the bottom half of the DualTwist dial to the right to turn it on and choose your speed. Twist the top half to choose your heat: #1 for fine hair, #2 for medium and #3 for coarse.
4. Place the brush under each section at the root and hold for a few seconds for lift. Then roll slowly down to the ends, turning the brush to create bend.
5. Once a section is completely dry, hold the brush in place and twist the dial to Cool to set it. To turn it off, twist the bottom half of the dial all the way to the left.

Unplug it and let it cool before cleaning. Remove hair from the bristles after every use, and clean the filter once a month.
