I usually workout every day and have started to incorporate this shampoo into one of my hair wash days. It has extended my hair life and made my scalp less itchy. Also, for a person who does not like aggressive products with scents – this is just the right amount!

I bought this because my hair is super oily at the roots and dry at the ends. Use it as my second shampoo. Does it lather you? Yes very much so. Does it help a lot with oily hair? Not so much. I would choose the Genesis shampoo over this. I still love Kerastase but I would let repurchase this one.

I use this as my first shampoo and use the oleo relax for the second. Since I workout and sweat so much I struggle with getting greasy roots and dry ends and this totally combats that!

I got this to use as my first shampoo and I follow up with the genesis shampoo. I struggle with oily roots so this is perfect!! Has a very soft (not over powering) scent. So far really liking it and am noticing I can go an extra day between washes which is great!
