1. How will I know that my order was received?
You will recieve an email stating that your order is being processed. Shoud there be any issues you will recieve an email from [email protected]
2. How can I review my orders?
You can review all of your history and orders via your profile! Simply log in to see past orders and order history!
3. How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order via the tracking number provided to you by Canada Post.
4. Do you ship Internationally?
Pommesalon.ca only ships within Canada, you must have a valid Canadian billing address and credit card to make a purchase on Pommesalon.ca. If you are international and wish to purchase a Pomme Beautybox or other salon product please email [email protected] to organize a special order.
5. What is your exchange and return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact [email protected] and we will help to find a solution to your hair needs. All orders are EXCHANGE or CREDIT only within 14 days of receiving the item. Should the product be damaged or broken we will happily replace the item. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We strive to ensure you love each and every product you purchase. We will work our hardest to ensure 100% satisfaction with your product.

6. I noticed you can purchase certain products from other websites or the drugstore. Are these the same products as your site?
Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, or old, expired formulas that may not be safe to use. Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection. If you buy our products in a supermarket, drugstore, or any other outlet other than this website or a certified PROFESSIONAL haircare website you will not be guaranteed the true formula or correct product.
7. Is L’Oreal Paris the same as L’Oreal Professionnel?
L’Oreal Paris, which is a line that can be found in most drugstores or supermarkets, is NOT the same as our professionnel division L’Oreal Professionnel. L’Oreal Professionnel is just that, a professional product line that is exclusive to certified salons, and their scientists work with some of the best technology in the world to provide both stylists and clients top preforming hair care and hair colour.
8. What happens if my hot tools stop working?
LEAVE your warning sticker that is provided with your hot tool on the cord, otherwise the warranty is void. If your hot tool stops working within one year of purchase we will happily replace it for you, should the manufacturer confirm there is a defect with the product. Remember to turn your hot tools off when you are not using them and CLEAN your blowdryer filter on a regular basis to ensure the top performance of your tools!
9. What if I find a product or tool cheaper on another site?
